Your content and permissions
You retain responsibility for content you upload or submit. You must have the right and consent to share images, documents, contact details and other material. Feature-specific permissions control how KNOWN may process that content.
Artificial intelligence
AI-assisted responses and generated media may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed. KNOWN does not represent AI output as professional medical, legal, financial or emergency advice.
Safety and emergency limitations
KNOWN is not an emergency service. Safety alerts, delivery states and contact hand-offs are reported according to the integrations actually available; the application does not claim that police, security or emergency agencies have been dispatched without a genuine supported confirmation.
Payments
Paid features, prices, billing periods, refunds and provider terms apply only when a purchase flow is enabled and clearly presented before payment.
